How to delete your Biblie account

You can request deletion of your account directly in the Biblie application. The option is available on the Profile screen.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Biblie and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap Profile in the application's bottom bar.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
4. Read the notice about losing access, history, and preferences.
5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Confirm deletion.

If the operation is completed, the app will display Account successfully deleted, sign you out, and remove local session data from that device. If an error message appears, deletion was not completed; try again or use the contact method below.

Request deletion without access to the app

If you cannot sign in to Biblie, email dev@efice.co with the subject Biblie account deletion. Include the email address used for the account and state that you want to delete it. We may request proof that you own the account before processing the request. Do not send access codes or sensitive data from your journal or conversations.

You may also use this channel to ask questions about deletion or request the removal of specific data where applicable.

What deletion affects

Deletion terminates access to your Biblie account. Conversation history, journal entries, personal records, saved verses, progress, and preferences linked to the account will no longer be available. Personal data that does not need to be retained under a legal obligation or another permitted legal basis is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Some records may be retained for the period required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or document transactions. Anonymized data that does not identify you may also remain. To ask about specific data and retention periods, email dev@efice.co.

If you have a Premium subscription

Deleting your Biblie account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Before deleting your account, manage and cancel the subscription in the store used for the purchase if you do not want further charges. Uninstalling the app also does not cancel the subscription. Access conditions after cancellation are those provided by the store and in the Terms of Use.
